How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Handling time is 1 to 3 business days, with transit typically taking 5 to 8 business days. Larger items like saunas and cold plunge tubs may ship via freight carrier, and you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. For freight shipments of saunas or cold plunge tubs, you may also receive a separate call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.

What if my sauna or cold plunge tub arrives damaged?
